Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern membership of Fourthzone, Beachside, Rue du Hocq, St Clement, Jersey (“the Club”), and form part of the agreement between the Club and each Member.

1. Introduction and Definitions

“The Company” means Fourthzone Limited and any subsidiary or associated companies operating the Club.

“The Club” means Fourthzone and all spaces, services, experiences and facilities operated under that name.

“Member” means an individual holding an active membership.

“Rules” means these Terms and Conditions together with any linked policies, safety notices and booking rules.

Membership is granted on the condition that Members pay fees, comply with these Rules and contribute to a respectful environment.

These Rules may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be available at www.fourthzone.com.

Fourthzone is committed to an inclusive environment where no individual is treated unfairly on the basis of race, gender, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation or background.

2. Consumer Rights and Applicable Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Jersey law, including:

  • Consumer Protection (Unfair Practices) (Jersey) Law 2018
  • Distance Selling (Jersey) Law 2007
  • Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018

3. The Fourthzone Philosophy

Fourthzone is an intentional wellbeing club built around four pillars:

  • Connection – community and belonging
  • Movement – strength, mobility and flow
  • Mindset – clarity and emotional wellbeing
  • Healing – rest, recovery and regulation

Members are expected to support the calm and respectful environment of the Club.

4. Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is available to individuals aged 18+
  • An onboarding or consultation may be required
  • Members must provide accurate information
  • The Club may decline applications where appropriate

5. Membership Types

The Club may offer different membership pathways including Core, Luxe, Concierge and Founder memberships.

Each membership has specific access rights and benefits defined at the point of joining.

Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

6. Founder Membership

  • May include fixed-term commitments
  • Resale must be handled through the Club
  • The Club reserves the right to approve or reject transfers

7. Fees and Payments

  • Fees are payable in advance
  • Payment plans may vary
  • Fees remain payable regardless of usage
  • Joining fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Fees may increase with 30 days’ notice
  • 14-day money-back guarantee applies

8. Failed Payments

  • Access may be suspended if payments fail
  • Membership may be terminated after 30 days of non-payment

9. Suspension

Membership may be suspended in cases such as illness, injury, relocation or hardship, subject to approval.

10. Cancellation

  • Cancellation requires written notice
  • Notice periods apply
  • Fees are generally non-refundable

11. Member Conduct

Members must behave respectfully and follow staff instructions. Misconduct may result in suspension or termination.

12. Guests

  • Guests must be registered and accompanied
  • Members are responsible for their guests

13. Use of Facilities

  • Facilities are used at the Member’s own risk
  • Schedules and availability may change
  • Only authorised staff may provide services

14. Opening Hours

Opening hours may vary and are subject to change.

15. Health and Safety

  • Members must ensure they are fit to participate
  • Health conditions must be disclosed where relevant
  • Incidents must be reported to staff

16. Dress and Etiquette

  • Appropriate clothing must be worn
  • Equipment must be cleaned after use
  • Smoking and disruptive behaviour are not permitted

17. Lockers and Property

  • Lockers are for day use only
  • Items are left at the Member’s risk

18. Photography and Devices

  • Photography requires consent
  • Strictly prohibited in private areas

19. CCTV

CCTV may operate for safety and security but not in private areas.

20. Data Protection

Member data is processed in accordance with data protection laws and used for membership administration, bookings and communication.

21. Liability

The Club is not responsible for personal belongings and Members use facilities at their own risk, except where required by law.

22. Complaints

Members may raise complaints with the Club, which will be handled fairly and promptly.

23. Healing Garden

Access may be subject to booking, availability and safety rules. Members must use the space respectfully and follow guidance.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jersey.
